SouthDip

Dj SouthDip was born in 1983 in Zlín. Since his early childhood, he was exposed to influences of music. At first, it was just hip-hop going with first atempts of writing his own lyrics and making his own music. His crew of two members, then, made one performance beside two former groups Propast and X-Kult. Than, he began to discover new styles and modern trends of electronic dance music.

The name SouthDip came into existence after first appearances of his production in dance programmes on radio. Even though, the first tracks had a raw sound, he, in progress, began to deal with music software, production and remixes of other interprets more and more. Today, he has been dealing with music production for 7 years and his own ouput contains rather chillout and relaxation element.

In 2002, he met DJ Andrea Florino and soon they founded a formation called Those Bad Guys, which is known for remixes of Pat Fulgoni, Monkey Business and Dj Neo.

As a Dj, he presents himself from 2001 and his repetoire covers house and electro music. His favourite producers are MJ Cole, Harry Chocho Romeo, Olav Basoski and many others.
